Mark Zuckerberg & Steve Jobs & Michael Dell all started really young & ended up financially wealthy because they weren’t afraid to take calculated risk. I’m not afraid of big dreams or hard work! My parents taught me to take the world by force, like to use my faith for BIG things, and to never quit, so that’s what I’m gonna do :) Also, my Dad is my partner on the field, so I’m not working alone! That’s Bruce, my Bouvier des Flandres which is the fancy name for a breed of Belgian cattledog! I wanted him to be our loyal sea-dog mascot because he’s my favorite pet ever. Even though his big old head could knock a grown man out cold if he accidentally ran into you and his farts can clear a room and he’s unnaturally obsessed with tennis balls. Aaaaarrrggghhh! ;)

Your pets & plants are safe! I use eco-friendly soaps, citrus-based cleaning solution, diluted vinegar, or nontoxic detergents whenever I can to conquer dirt, depending on what’s appropriate for the surface you need cleaned. No harsh chemicals are usually necessary since my professional, high quality pressure washer can work through the toughest spills, stains, & grime!

I was trained in exactly what settings to use for PSI (pounds per square inch) and GPM (gallons per minute) depending on what surface I’m working on, so I know pressure washing can sound scary but it’s not. Using the right technique really protects your surfaces as well! And I’ve got technique down to a science ;)

Here in Phoenix weather, with all our dust, hard water, and desert life buildup, every 3-6 months is recommended. Homes near construction or where sprinkler water might be blown onto the windows could use it more often. But there are tricks of the trade for applying a protective coat onto your windows after a good clean so that it stays cleaner longer! Ask me about it ;)

If we’re just cleaning the exteriors, no, as long as we have access to the sides & back yard areas. For interior cleaning, yes an adult should be there who can give me permission to move certain things so I can get the windows & tracks really clean :)
